Norfolk eBrokerage goes live

< 1 min read

With support from Affinity Works, Norfolk County Council has completed implementation of an eBrokerage system for co-ordinating the provision of Adult Residential and Nursing care across the county. Now live, Norfolk CC expects to be engaging with around 400 providers to place packages of care through the system.

Affinity Works was able to apply learning from previous implementations of eBrokerage in other local authorities and across a wide range of London boroughs, as well as providing product expertise to best match the software configuration to Norfolk CC’s target outcomes.

With the implementation complete Affinity Works will now also be working with Norfolk CC to provide ongoing support for their public facing Community Directory and for the eBrokerage system, which the council are are now looking to roll out into other areas of provision.

For the Community Directory Affinity Works will provide operational and strategic support to supplement the local authority’s own team and will also give on tap support for both Norfolk CC staff and their service providers whose successful engagement with the eBrokerage system is critical to its success.
