Senior Team

Tom Knight

Tom has 13 years experience in designing and deploying IT services for the public sector. He has been invited to share his experience as a guest speaker in several related forums including SOCITM, ADASS, TLAP and London Councils.

Tom loves to talk tech but is equally adept at engaging with non-technical end-users, from junior staff up to senior management making him an ideal intermediary between the business and the development team.

Richard Wellings

Richard has Post-Graduate Diploma in Information Management and has spent 20 years working at senior levels in the software and services industry delivering solutions to the UK public sector.

Richard co-founded Affinity Works with Tom Knight in 2014 to develop technology based solutions that would allow public sector organisations to deliver improved and more cost efficient services.

Ian Knight

Ian is a key member of the Affinity Works senior team with good customer service experience and a technical background. He oversees strong service delivery across multiple public sector clients and ensures enhancements to data collation and reporting are delivered to meet the increasing needs of clients.

Currently Ian works with more than 18 local authorities in and around the London area with over 40 different teams using service directory, brokerage and data hub solutions for adults and children’s services.

Tracey Griffiths

Tracey is a member of the Affinity Works senior team with extensive experience of multi-partner/multi-stakeholder public-sector work programmes. She has a strong focus on project delivery and customer service, assuring quality project outcomes and continual service improvement during ongoing operations.

Tracey has a personal collaborative working approach underpinned with pragmatic use of the of the PRINCE 2 Project Management toolset. She appreciates the challenges of complex client engagements in environments where change is ever present.

Yulianna Dee

People-centred and quality-focused, Yulianna is leading the Affinity Works Client Services Team in delivering first class customer support to brokerage and service directory users.

With 16 years’ experience in customer support she has an innovative approach to streamlining processes and driving the team to deliver best practice resolutions to meet the evolving needs of clients.
